Overview
Challenge
Steep plot and large south-facing openings required a structure that controlled deflection, delivered seismic performance, and met Energy Class A within a tight budget and timeline.
Solution
Hybrid RC frame with strategically placed shear walls and long-span slabs. Steel canopies limit solar gain with slim profiles. Thermally broken glazing, inverted roof insulation, and PV pre-wiring enable Class A efficiency. Detailing follows Eurocode 8.
